BUYER GUIDE / COMBOS

Build a bundle with an agreed component list.

Plan a private-label keyboard and mouse combo or larger gaming bundle with matched components, receiver arrangements, packaging and sample checks.

Define what the bundle actually contains

Start with an itemized component list. A keyboard-and-mouse set is a different quotation from a package that also includes a headset and mouse pad. Give each item a model or configuration reference and quantity. Ask the supplier to identify anything shown in a photograph that is not included in the proposed package.

Decide whether the project needs matching styling, one shared retail box, separate internal boxes or individually saleable components. Those choices should be visible in the quotation and in the sample package.

Compare the component list of a 4-in-1 gaming bundle with a wireless office pair or tri-mode keyboard-mouse set. A headset pictured in lifestyle artwork is not automatically included in the quoted set.

Do not assume that separate wireless products share one receiver. Ask the supplier to identify the intended pairing arrangement and demonstrate the supplied set. If a replacement component is proposed, confirm whether it changes the accessories or user instructions.

Compare bundle prices on the same basis

Request a separate configuration line for every component and identify the retail package included in the set price. Record logo work, artwork, packaging, sample charges and freight assumptions. Comparing only one final price can hide differences in included accessories or component versions.

Specify the number of complete sets and any spare or replacement items separately. For a bundle, state whether a quoted quantity means complete sets or individual components; agree that unit before comparing quotations.

Approve each item and the complete set

  1. Check each component against its own specification.
  2. Use all components together on the intended device setup.
  3. Verify receivers, cables, instructions and the contents list.
  4. Compare logo, color and finish across the set.
  5. Review how products are protected and arranged in the retail box.
  6. Record the carton quantity, dimensions and weights supplied for the approved packing plan.

Keep the component references and packaging revision in the sample approval record. A change to one item should trigger a review of any affected bundle claims or accessories.

Shortlist a suitable platform

Explore the combo sourcing category. The catalog includes a four-item gaming bundle, a cutout-design keyboard and mouse set and a quiet wireless keyboard and mouse set. Confirm the actual component configuration and packing options for the version being quoted.

Use the RFQ template and attach the bundle contents list before requesting a sample.

Practical questions

Does a bundle automatically use one wireless receiver?

No. Confirm and sample the actual receiver and pairing arrangement for the quoted set.

Should I approve only the outer packaging?

Review every component, all accessories and their arrangement in the complete retail package as well as the carton data.
