To request a useful OEM quote, send your product category, target market, estimated quantity and required customization. If you have not selected a model, describe your intended customers and connection requirements. A target price is helpful when its currency and delivery basis are specified.

What information should I send first?
| Product & quantity | Category, preferred model or reference, estimated first order and any quantity options you want quoted separately. |
|---|---|
| Destination & users | Country, sales channel, intended customer, language and devices the product needs to work with. |
| Configuration | Connection, layout or shape, finish, accessories and essential functions. Mark each item as required or optional. |
| Branding & packaging | Logo location, color requirements, retail box, instruction languages and barcode responsibilities. |
| Timing & samples | Desired launch date, sample quantity and your review deadline. Request the supplier's proposed schedule separately. |
Which details depend on the product?
- Keyboards: layout, legend language, switch preference, connection modes and software requirements. Start with the keyboard sourcing page.
- Mice: shape, weight preference, sensor configuration, buttons, connection and receiver requirements. Explore gaming mice.
- Headsets: intended devices, connector, microphone, controls and supplied adapters. Explore gaming headsets.
- Combos: list every item and specify whether branding and packing should be shared. Explore gaming combo sets.
How do I compare quotations fairly?
Ask each supplier to quote the same configuration and identify exclusions. Separate product cost from samples, artwork, tooling if applicable, packaging and freight. Record the currency, quotation validity, delivery basis, MOQ and payment terms alongside the price. A lower price is difficult to evaluate if the included components differ.
Can I request a quote before artwork is ready?
You can send an initial brief without final artwork. Describe the intended branding and ask which artwork format, dimensions and approval steps are needed. Treat an initial estimate as provisional until the configuration and customization are agreed.
What if my quantity or launch date is uncertain?
Label it as an estimate and ask for options. Do not present a desired launch date as an agreed delivery date. FUNESTY's model availability, customization scope, MOQ, sample charges and lead time need confirmation for your project.
What happens after the quotation?
Review the proposed configuration and sample terms, then record your sample feedback using the sample approval guide. For the broader process, see our sample-to-bulk checklist.
